Washington Institute for Leadership (WIL) is a network for emerging and accomplished leaders, providing opportunities to network and share experience within the leadership community. WIL provides a global platform to facilitate professional development, leadership and networking through its strategic partnerships.

 

WIL brings together emerging and established leaders to learn from each others’ experiences, needs, and vision. The emerging leaders will have the ability to learn from the established leaders, while the latter will be exposed to the vision and upcoming leadership trends from the former.
