Erdoan A. Shipoli established Istanbul Leadership Institute (ILI) with a group of friends in 2007. ​Since then, Istanbul Leadership Institute has organized numerous programs in Turkey, Europe, and the United States, to expose emerging leaders to the leadership community. 

 

ILI has become a leading institution in Turkey that designs and executes high-level leadership programs in professional development, government, corporate world, and civil society.

 

It's flagship program, US Leadership Program, brings 25 students to DC and NY twice a year to train them on leadership skills. Beside workshops on leadership and personal development, the participants visit international organizations, US federal institutions, leading think tanks, Congress, and private corporations to get briefed about the work they do and the new trends in the respective fields.
