Erdoan A. Shipoli, has his Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations and is visiting scholar at the Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University. He is also a contributor at Huffington Post.
He works as the Program Director at the Federation of Balkan American Associations in NJ, USA and also the CEO of Istanbul Leadership Institute in Istanbul, Turkey.
Erdoan has served as an organizer, moderator and writer working with various organizations encompassing a vast range of fields. With a great interest in civic services, Erdoan founded many NGO’s ranging from community aid organizations to those aimed at training future leaders.
From an academic standpoint, Erdoan has published many articles and has also written and contributed to newspapers, semi-academic journals, and on-line platforms. He has presented papers and taught on topics within the field of International Relations and International Security. Aside from writing, Erdoan has assisted on many research projects.

Program Director at Federation of Balkan American Associations (FEBA). I am responsible for organizing, and coordinating a broad spectrum of programs in conformity with the mission of FEBA, some of which include Annual Balkan Leader’s Summit, lectures and seminars, educational programs, leadership workshops, International Conferences, sponsored trips to the Balkan countries, and other programs. I am also responsible for developing new programs for the organization.

Co-Founder of Lobbying School. I am one of the organizers of the first lobbying school in Europe. Every year in Istanbul, Turkey, we bring world known experts on lobbying from all around the world. They train the participants on the tools of lobbying so they can use them in their professional life, in politics, business, entrepreneurship, and academia. Participants learn on communications, negotiations, public speaking, advocacy, conflict resolution, being street smart, lobbying fundamentals, and other skills that are crucial in lobbying, but that can be useful in every industry.

CEO of Istanbul Leadership Institute (ILI). I have taken part in the establishment of the organization and leading the organization from the establishment to the place it is today.
