Erdoan A. Shipoli, together with the Istanbul Leadership Institute team, co-organized the first lobbying school in Europe, in Istanbul, Turkey.

The two Lobbying Schools that were organized by ILI trained professionals and students on tools that lobbyists use to get their message across.

The school aims to re-define the concept and the industry of lobbying to the Turkish audience, and train them on the tools of lobbying, which can be used in business, political, and social life, that the lobbyists posses.

Being the first-ever Lobbying School organized in Turkey, Europe, and the region, ILI lobbying school focuses on the educational part of lobbying, answering questions such as: what is lobbying? Who can be a lobbyist? What are Lobbying ethics? and alike.

Nevertheless, the main focus of the school is to equip the participants with knowledge on tools such as public speaking, speech writing, negotiations, construction of issues, dispute resolution, how to say "Yes" and "No" and build on relations, etc. from the top professionals on these issues.
